Welcome to the site of Aruba Dream Villa. This new villa was finished in July 2005 and is located at one of the most beautiful sites of Aruba. The white beaches where you can enjoy a variety of water sports Aruba has to offer are just within walking distance. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living, a dining room, spacious kitchen and a separate laundry room. At the backside of the villa there is a porch which overlooks a big swimming pool in Roman shape. The garden around the villa is landscaped with tropical plants and is fully surrounded by a sturdy fence. Aruba Dream Villa offers you a great stay where you can enjoy a carefree vacation in peace.

Accommodation, suitable for max. 8 persons:
* 4 Bedrooms all equipped with a silent split unit air conditioning
                   Master bedroom: king size bed and private bathroom.
                   Bedroom 2: king size bed, shares bathroom with bedroom 3.
                   Bedroom 3: king size bed with direct access to the spacious porch.
                   Bedroom 4: king size bed and private bathroom, this bedroom is
                   separately accessible.
                   It is also possible to rent this bedroom individually.
                   For the little ones there is a 2 child�s bed and a baby chair is also
                   available.

*      Dining room with big solid teak wooden table and 8 teak wooden chairs.
*      Living room with cable TV, video, phone for local calls and internet
        access.
*      Fully equipped European quality kitchen, with cooking-range, micro-wave,
        dish washer and a big fridge/freeze combination.
*      Separate laundry/dressing room equipped with a washing machine,
        drier and pool toilet.
*      Spacious porch with big solid teak wooden table and 8 chairs.
*      All linen necessities, normal sized and big sized towels.
*      Burglary alarm.

The lay-out of the villa:

The entrance of your Dream Villa has a well-lit and spacious front porch. From this porch you overlook the Salina and the luxurious Marriott hotel which is located directly at the sea. Once you are inside through the ample entrance you can taste the colonial atmosphere this villa radiates. On the left you will find the dining room with a long table that can seat 8 persons, the kitchen is situated in the corner, on your right you will find a sitting area with cable TV and video. Due to the fantastic, tropical climate you will use the back porch a lot which is accessible through two folding doors. From this porch you can overlook the Roman swimming pool, that also was completed in July 2005. The depth of the swimming pool varies from 70 to 180 cm., in the curb a 4 step stairs is situated, so you will be able to get in and out of the swimming pool easily or you can sit on the stairs and enjoy the sun while sitting in the water. The pool is surrounded by a big, luxuriously tiled sun terrace with beautiful adjustable teak wooden deck chairs. From the terrace you can enter the laundry room where you can use the pool toilet.
The garden around the villa is landscaped with tropical plants and is fully surrounded by a sturdy fence which offers you total privacy and is ideal when you have little children. You can enter the grounds at the front side of the villa. The total grounds are about 900 square meter, the total floor space of the villa is about 220 square meter.
